Self starter with a passion for entrepreneurship. As a female millennial in the business world, I've learned that adapting to change as well as following my passion leads to success. My passion has led me to co-own a consulting company within the Financial Services industry which combines two things that are important to me: building relationships with new people and leveraging the knowledge I gained while attending the #1 ranked Risk Management and Insurance Program at UGA’s Terry College of Business.
In my role, I educate professionals on what the financial services industry can do for them, either as a client or as a part of one of the companies I represent. I work with experienced advisors, leadership and career changers who may feel financially or intellectually stagnant. I don't believe in the 8-5 work day. I hire entrepreneurial professionals who are ready to take it to the next level in their career by controlling their income and work schedule. I also look for those who desire to coach, train and develop a team.

I fell into Recruiting in the Financial Services industry by sheer coincidence. I receive personal satisfaction and fulfillment when I’m able to help someone find a career that fulfills their passion. In the time that I’ve spent in Atlanta, I have met some of the most incredible and genuine people in the Financial Services industry. My satisfaction in life comes from meeting people, networking, forming friendships, and getting to know someone’s dreams.

As a Georgia native and a business professional experienced in the Financial Services industry, I’ve learned the importance of integrity, hard work, and building relationships. In addition, I’m a competitor at heart. I’ve competed in marathons and triathlons since I was in high school. I use the same grit and work mentality in the work I do for my clients.
